年近古稀的刘英和老伴乔战勇到了安度晚年的年龄，可是一场大病不仅让这位坚忍倔强的老太太病倒，也给子女们本就烦恼不少的生活增添了许多争吵。一家四个兄弟姐妹为了给父母养老送终，经历了各种困难、争执、悲伤和爱。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
