中国香港留学生Ben（刘德华饰）与好友兼同学张直（庹宗华饰）、明仔在日本无心向学，却满怀斗志闯荡东瀛，只为能够出人头地。张直寻找青梅竹马的爱人不获，明仔搭上酒吧陪酒的老板娘，一心想成为山口组老大石川的妹夫。 Ben在此时偶遇出来陪酒赚外快的中国大陆女留学生铁男（钟楚红饰），二人结缘。 铁男与好友美美寄人篱下地住在地痞担保人的手下，受尽凌辱，终有一日铁男忍受不住，独自出走......。Jan Sienkiewicz, a writer and lecturer who was expelled from university, takes a job at a Warsaw high school.
