Among them is the hard-hearted land speculator Bludgeon, who tries to expel the Indians using brutal methods like slaughterin...。本編とは別視点で描かれる本作は『言霊荘』のエピソードとエピソードの間を繋ぎながらレディスコート葉鳥の住人に毎回フォーカスを当てる。朱禧是一名大厦保安，在舅舅范景周手下干活。某日，他意外的目睹了秘书裘蒂被鬼上身色诱老板的场景。又惊又怕的朱禧将这一切告诉了女友，两人伙同范景周找到了法力高强的女法师，希望她能够降妖除魔。三人展开了缜密的调查，原来，大厦的旧址是日本军营，曾经的日军队长化身为如今的鬼王，想要借大开杀戒来雪战败之耻。朱禧的女友的哥哥被鬼王捉入了阴间，之后，他托梦给妹妹，让她千万要小心。有了这条线索，女法师想出了一个计谋，能够将鬼王一举消灭。。
